l1 bug in fc 25

PC PLATFORM

every time i hold l1 to switch the movement mode, the fps drops too much and i can't move my player for a while

I've tried formatting the pc, leaving the game at 30 fps, leaving the graphics on ultra to see if it was a bottleneck, but nothing has worked.

this bug started after the last update

i would like to know if anyone has had this bug and if there is a way to solve it
