Manager Career Mode unable to continue after half-time

I've been facing this issue whereby the game unable to continue after half time and I believed it does not only occur to me. This issue seems to be ongoing and yet EA does not seem to have a solution...

I beg EA to stop release new FC before pre year version have completely been playable.
