Marquee matchups error

Hello everyone 

There has been a minor issue for the past few weeks while attempting to complete the throwback marquee matchups challenge. On these occasions, upon finishing building the squad, when I press submit, I get "connecting to ultimate team is not possible...". I am immediately able to log back in, only to find that the formation has now changed, and I have to begin swapping players all over again. Maybe it's just me, but it has happened so many times, I decided to report it.
