My FUT Champs wins are not counting towards my record

Got 11-4 today but because of this stupid glitch I have now got 4 win rewards, the strange thing is that the champs objective got completed fully and I got Gakpo so its a EA Problem and not on my end.

EA can we fix these pointless bugs please and give me my 11 Win rewards I need my premium SS Pack EA😭
