My Pro Clubs Character Glitched – Appearance Stuck Permanently

Hello,
I’m experiencing a major bug in Pro Clubs where my character suddenly transformed into a different appearance and is now permanently stuck this way. Despite trying to change the character’s gender or facial features, nothing works—only the skin tone updates, but the face itself never changes. The only customizable options left are eye color and glasses.

This has completely ruined my enjoyment of the game, as I can’t restore my original character. The issue has persisted for months.
