access to the transfer market on the Web and Companion App is considered a privilege and not guaranteed to get unlocked.
Unfortunately, neither we here on the forums, nor our EA Support colleagues can manually unlock access for you.
I know you mentioned reading the article on how to unlock it, but there might be other reasons too and it's important that your account is in good standings and follows the FC rules.
Thank you for your response. I understand that access to the transfer market is a privilege, but I believe there may be a bug affecting my account. I’ve followed all the guidelines and ensured my account is in good standing, yet I still cannot access the market.
I appreciate your help, but I cannot wait months for this "issue" to be resolved. Is there any way to expedite the process or escalate this matter?
