Season Pass level bug

I have had the same issue, I have contacted the live chat line and had someone respond to my forum post about it. Since I first contacted somebody almost 2 weeks ago no progress has been made. I was reset from level 15 to level 1 and I’ve even made it back to level 15 again. Not looking like they really care about this even though I bought the premium pass for 500 fifa credits. Good luck 

Hey IAteYourSlowpoke​  Oluchiri​  Could you please provide the following information so we could inform the team:

• Your platform
• Username
• Date and Time when the issue occurred 
• Any changes you've made on your account recently
• The error message (if any)

Also, make sure to restart your platform and sign back in to your account to help synchronize it. 

I have already provided those emails to two people who asked for them. I have restarted and reinstalled already. It just happened out of the blue. Is it actually likely this will be fixed?

 5. Paid for premium pass at beginning of season 7 for extra content. When claiming standard award at level 25 and also level 40, the option for me to claim my premium award no longer appears and I haven’t claimed them. Please fix so I can claim my awards. 

Yesterday i was at Level 38 and take all the Gifts und rosarot i want to finnisch to Level 40. just startet the Game and my points are Zero in Level 0 !! I can See that ich am in Level 38 and her the Bonus.  Bit i jave to start at the beginning. I Hope I am asleep and I wake up with my points back. Only 2 Levels left…. Presse EA fix this !!

Cool, glad someone from EA asks for info but won’t take the time to read, reply or do anything about the issue.
