Season Points have reset to 0 XP

Quick rant,

Has anyone experienced it where the season points/progress reset e.g put you back to level 1 on 0 xp but it still shows packs etc are claimed up to a certain level?

Im currently level 18, however my xp has reset to 0, it says I need 19k xp to get to the next level. Shows all my packs are still claimed up until level 18, the live chat are useless suggesting it’s a bug and there is no fix. Absolutely pathetic considering I paid 500k coins for the premium pass too. Since the bug happened, I’ve gained an addition 5k xp, so technically on roughly 23k xp so should be able to get the 10k bonus but now I’m stuck on 5k xp with tons needed for the next level. Absolutely useless

  • EA_Pulsar​ EA_Vendcera​ So, it's been almost three weeks since you guys first saw the problem with the "PAID" premium season pass. I already deleted the game since friday but it's still baffling how we have no updates, no communication, no nothing. I just wanted Ribery and Ferran to play last weekend league but couldn't because of this. IF this is going to be a recurrent problem, I think you should drop the idea of the premium season pass for the next game because it is borderline a SCAM what you guys are doing. I've been playing this game since FIFA 11, and I can't think of a more enfuriating thing than this "bug" with the PAID premium season pass. I'm encouraging all of my close friends that still play this game to not buy EAFC 26 because even though this didn't happened to them, they're still equally as mad that this is season pass "bug" is a thing, and that's because of your reputation of being a mediocre, half-assing, greedy company that never listens or actually care to keep your comunity satisfied. Fix it, make it worse, I don't care anymore. I know it's only a game but the moment you pay for something, you expect to get that something. And I didn't because you guys can't handle something as simple in modern gaming as a Premium season pass that every live service game has and works 100 time better that this sorry excuse for a live service game. 

  • As you are aware, I’ve had a persistent glitch with my paid Season Pass for the past three weeks, during which the service has been unfit for purpose. This delay in resolution is unacceptable for a paid product. In line with standard consumer expectations for digital services, I am requesting that this issue be fully resolved within 7 calendar days from today. If no satisfactory resolution is provided within this time frame, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter through the appropriate consumer protection or dispute resolution channels.

    Dk about y’all but I got my sp back. Packed griezman and Mctominay probably trying to bribe me( it’s working)

    Thank you for fixing it

    But we still didn't get any sort of compensation for it. That is a lot of days that we missed out on the "premium" content that you so highly sold us on. Anything would be appreciated, better than being ignored for the lack of ability to use these "premium" benefits

    As you can see on the picture i've linked,  i have reach the level 40. But i can't claim Ribery.

    Any changes you've made on your account recently: No changes - i literally just purchased the season pass and accepted 10k SP. Now the last reward isnt available (Ribery)

    Was a few weeks ago. I’ve been playing  thinking would resolve itself  I should be 10-11 levels higher at least  

    no changes 

    no error message
