Ultimate tots cup crashes

I'm playing PS4 version, when the match goes to penalties and the goalkeeper saves the 2nd/3rd penalty, the game crashes and the players are just frozen on the screen, if one of us leaves the match it then comes up with the usual, 'your opponent disconnected'.
