【PC】FC26 Crash on launch Error Code 0xC0000409, game unexpected shutdown

Description: When launching FC26, the game crashes at the splash logo screen. The error prompt shows: An unexpected game shutdown was detected. Please relaunch the game or contact EA Help if this continues. (0xC0000409). I cannot get into the game at all。

The crash still happens every time I try to launch the game. I have attached the screenshot of this error. Hope the team can look into this 0xC0000409 launch crash issue.
