3 top players stuck on field as ghosts

During co-op online matches, the captain's top 3 players are spawning on the pitch this is a severe visual obstruction. these "ghost" figures are blocking the view of active players and the ball during intense moments, they cause extreme confusion as they look identical which causes significant gameplay disruption which often causes match loosing moments.

I've tried verifying game files and restarting the game but the issue persists.
