Animations not saving ‏(not working‏) when I create a player

As you see plz ea fix that big issue 

Since fifa 21 its same issue I want  to customice a Player and I edit animations‏(some unlocked celebrations and penalty motion for this player and put this player with any team ‏( example chelsea ‏)but in the match this celebrations and penalty motion  not working why
