Approximate Location Matchmaking doesn't work

Tested with Netduma router, with Approximate location matchmaking turned on in Rivals and Live friendlies - I'm being thrown into servers all over Europe, from London to Cyprus. 

And only in Draft I'm consistenly being matched to players on Eastern EU Polish server.

Please fix it ASAP as it's messed up being forced to search for a game for 5-10 mins due to that.
