Automatic pen miss glitch

Multiple times today this happend. I got a pen, timed it correct. By that I mean it was still in the green circle. But when my player was about to shoot it automaticly made the circle red and the pen was missed. There is nothing  I can do about it. One of the games was in Fut Champs, score was 2-2. I missed and then my opponent scored in the 93 minute. Things like this, together with how bad the game is, is why your customers stop playing. Fix atleast one of the game many problems, You have the money and the personel. It is an absolute joke!
