Bug: 4-3-3 Holding In-Game Auto-Shifts to 4-2-1-3 in Division Rivals

Hello EA Support Team,

I am experiencing a persistent formation bug across all Division Rivals modes (H2H, VS Attack, Manager Mode).

Issue Details:

Selected Active Formation: 4-3-3 Holding (Lineup: Hazard LW, Dalglish ST, Semenyo RW | Gerrard CM, Rijkaard CDM, Pirlo CM | Cucurella LB, Desailly CB, Marquinhos CB, Muñoz RB | Buffon GK).

In-Game Forced Formation: 4-2-1-3

What Happens In-Game:

As soon as the match starts, the game forces my team into a 4-2-1-3 layout:

My CM Steven Gerrard is automatically benched/replaced.

Antoine Griezmann (ST) is forcibly inserted into the CAM position.

Andrea Pirlo (CM) is shifted down into a CDM role alongside Rijkaard.

I have attached two screenshots comparing my active team setup (4-3-3 Holding) vs. the in-game tactic screen (4-2-1-3).

I have already tried clearing game cache, creating a brand new lineup, disabling auto-sub/autobuild, and manual position resets, but the system keeps forcing 4-2-1-3 in Division Rivals.

Please fix this squad mapping issue on my account/lineup. Thank you.
