Bug match result

I am writing this post because I was a victim of a bug in the champions mode. I won my first match 5-4 and at the end of the match I got the following message "the servers cannot process your request. Please try again later». By returning to the Ultimate Team menus, I saw that I lost a match and following that, I got less good rewards even though I had won this match. I have a PS5 video capture that shows everything that happened from the end of the match until my return in the menus
