Bug or cheat (player dont move with a white triangle above their head)

In my last game in draft,  I got in a game where all my player got the little triangle but in white above their head and i cant use any of them apart of one ( its like all the players that have to be bot are just non playing "real player"). In the instant i get scored on (pretty fast and easily since not a single player on my team was moving) my game instantly crashed, to be honest my theory is that my opponent use a cheat or someting like that because i didnt get any crash message or anything and this didnt happened in any game i played since i buy FC26. Am I the only one with this case ? (sorry for my english im trying my best :))
