Bug that don't let you see what happens in the match

In my 10th match of fut champions the match was tied. And before extra time my opponent pause the game after that the camera was pointing to the dressing rooms and i cannot longer see what was happenning in the game. I was able to control de players looking at the map only cause the camera was pointing to the dressing rooms. I lost the match in penalties obviously. I expect some compensation for that cause it is unacceptable. Things like this cause people to stop playing the game. I expect feedback from u ea
