Buggy gameplay, missing goalkeeper bug in online seasons

I was playing a game of online seasons when I noticed off the bat that my keeper was missing. Even when I went to team management and tried to sub him back in and out, it wouldn’t even let me sub any of my players. Not to mention, before the clip, when my opponent scored his first goal, I couldn’t move any of my players or switch to anyone. As you can see during the clip, you can see that there’s no keeper icon on the mini-map either. The worst part is that shortly after the clip, the game gave me an error code and forced me out of the app, I started the game up again and it still gave me the loss. This is unacceptable tbh, as this isn’t the first time i’ve encountered this bug.
