Buggy menus

My game is super buggy and slow. Anytime I try to do anything in ultimate team, it buffers and or freezes so often through out the menus it’s basically unplayable. I’ve tried everything chat gpt told me to do (reinstalling game, restoring license, clearing cache, restoring database, deleting team and make a new one on the app, etc) and nothing has worked. Please help
