Bugs on exp amount and finding champions UT match

Hi team, i found a bug where my UT exp stuck on at 10k in all pages except when I open FC season page. And also i found a bug that i cannot start a champion match. When selecting kit, my ping always 18-20ms, already selected kit, but always appears "the opponent has left the match". In rivals it's always fine to start the match. I'm in 6th division, playing ps4
