Can’t move players

This weekend league I lost 2 games because the game wouldn’t let me move any players on the field it was like they where locked I couldn’t switch to any of them and I could only move one selected player by the ai.The thing that bothered me most is that after everything the game would crash or I would be kicked off for being idle 

has anybody else had this bug or nah cause for me it happened on 2 random games for no reason even though I didn’t touch anything in my settings
