Cannot Log in to ultimate team after ultimate gauntlet 4 bug

In the ultimate gauntlet, after the second match my squad didnt get marked as used, and now  the game cannot process the third match. I tried to close and reopen the game while playing the 3rd match and now the ultimate team is gone for good, i cant login to fut.
