Card not found and missing "rating reload" from transfer market.

Card not found on only rating reload cards, plus it's also missing from the transfer market search option on PC.

Tried troubleshooting such as clearing cache, reinstalling the game not once but three times, redownloading the UT squad options. 

Clearly a bug on EA end.
