When a player approaches you for a new contract he’s automatically put on the transfer list and status is shown as “transfer request submitted”. You start getting multiple offers for the player/s which you can’t accept, reject or negotiate. These are automatically delegated to the assistant manager which after a week you receive an email stating the bidding club are walking away from the negotiations as they’ve not received a response from you. Can this bug please be fixed.
Started with a lower club, most valuable player same issue… really annoying.. can’t go on like this because of no money on first winter transfer window
About 60% of my players are unhappy, and I can’t renew their contracts. The game automatically puts them on the transfer list, but I don’t have enough players in my squad. If I try to buy new ones, one of my good but unhappy players just leaves — and I can’t do anything to stop it. It’s really frustrating. The player starts almost every match, but his happiness hasn’t increased in two whole seasons. Please fix that.
I think this is the same issue I've found. In my manager career, my starting CAM has played really well, a +4 to his OVR by the end of the first season. Earlier in the season, he asked for a contract renegotiation - I happily obliged - he was happy to take a £500 per week wage increase. About midway through the season, he has asked again - a bit greedy, but figured I could just bump the contract up again, but I got that `You have recently negotiated a new contract with this player.` error message.
Just now, near the end of the season, I got the message saying he's disappointed that I haven't entered the contract renegotiations with him - I still can't do it. Without warning, he is now listed as `Submitted a transfer request`, and I have no **bleep**ing control over it?

Really hoping this bug is one that they actually work on instead of Ultimate Team for once :(
