career mode

When I reach the end of a season in career mode at Galatasaray, when I start the new season my contract is terminated (I won the UCL, I know why they terminated it :D) then I choose one of the teams that are given to me, ladies and gentlemen, it says "our new manager", I skip that, they have a celebration with the team bus, in the meantime when I stay, it stays black but there is no change.
