Claim evo in store bug

I have an evolution to claim in the Ultimate Team store but whenever I try and claim it it comes up saying “there was a problem connecting to the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again later. It has been doing this since around 1:30 on Thursday 12th March and it is not letting me open packs because of this problem.
