Clubs - Unable to access EA Servers

I'm using FC 26 Trial on Xbox, I can't access Clubs from the main menu, I get the message "Unable to access EA Servers" every time. I can access and play other modes without issue. 

Might be related...

  • I get asked about my favourite team every time I launch the game. The personal settings file is saved, but it always asks.
  • When I finished a seasons game, I got the message "You have lost access to FC 26" and was sent back to the title screen. 
  • I had FC 26 Closed Beta installed when I installed the trial.
  • I played Clubs on FC 26 Closed Beta.

I've restarted Xbox including full power cycle, restarted network, deleted profile files, but still the same issue.

I tried the PC trial on EA Play and Clubs works fine, I'm using the EA account that is associated with my Xbox account.

Edit: Added Closed Beta note, added PC trial test.

    Says to check internet when trying to connect to clubs. I’ve restarted router and console multiple times and i cannot access clubs can someone help?

    Just says "unable to connect to the ea servers. Please check your Internet connection and try again" but my connection is fine and everything  else works fine. Is anyone else having this issue (I'm on xbox btw)

    Mattchewy94​ still an issue, I'm downloading the trial on PC and seeing if it has the same issue. If not then my account is OK and it's likely an Xbox issue. There are some cross play issues as well at the moment with folks not being able to join lobbies if some players are on other consoles.

    Have not been able to access the Clubs server for almost 3 hours now with the same error message as people in the thread are reporting.

    Every time I launch clubs I get an error message stating "Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection and try again" All other game modes work, it's definitely not my connection.

    Everytime I go on clubs it says 'Unable to connect to the EA Servers. Please check your internet connection and try again' 

     

    Problem with this is my internet is fine, every game mode I can access apart from clubs
