Clubs playoff games not counting?

we just played 3 playoff games in pro clubs and went 3-0, but when returning back to the menu it would say we didn’t play any playoff game? It has the games on our record in the calendar as a 4-1 W, 5-0 W and 2-1 W.

before every game we made sure it was set to playoffs and even restarted all ours games to try ensure no glitches but still not saying we played playoff games?
