Clubs Playoff Matches Not Being Recorded

Wanted to post this here to see if anyone else is running into the same issue and to get it on EA’s radar.

My club played through the full playoff bracket this season and went 5-0-2 across our playoff matches. However, when we check our playoff record, only the very first match is showing up. The remaining six games are completely missing from the record — like they never happened.

We 100% played all of these matches during the active playoff window. No disconnects on our end, no abandons, results all showed at the end of each game. They just aren’t being tracked or saved to the playoff stats.

This is pretty frustrating because our record should reflect the actual run we had, and right now it’s basically erased.
