clubs promotion games

every time we’ve won a game in the promotion games from division two towards division one when the opponent leaves it kicks us out and doesn’t give us the win even though we were winning in the match and this has happened about three times we should be in division one, but we’re not what should I do? please let me know if your having the same issue it’s so annoying
