I have won the cup but it says in the objectives I haven't won it & I haven't received the rewards either.

The objectives are not updating either
(Get 15 Assists) Still on zero, complete 25 Tackles & score 30 goals not updating either. (Stuck on 7 for both)
Win 20 games objective also not working
I’ve had the bug for the last 4 live events. Won each multiple times and never got any progress for the objectives. Won the current event (First to 3) twice and still no progress.
Same thing even today for the latest cup and issue was here for the previous cup being Rugby Rush
Same here, just won it a third time, even reset my console & checked my save data was in sync with the cloud saved data, it's definitely a glitch with the game but like you say, we come here to report these bugs and nothing ever gets done about them
Exact same problem with me. The wins are random (win 20 games is on like 7/20) - I've won the cup 3 times and it won't count, I'm actually in the final right now for a 4th but I don't want to play it if it's not gonna work.
This happened to me (also on PS5, as above) for the last 2 cups as well, I won both of them and didn't get the reward. I have screenshots of that but what's the point? Doesn't seem to matter and NEVER seems to get fixed
