Clubs Rush Live Event (Rugby cup) not giving awards for objectives again on PS5

As the title says, yet again ( The 4th live event in a row) is not giving me rewards for objectives, or saying objectives are completed, when they have been.

I have complained about this repeatedly, doing bug reports every event that doesn't work & still no response.

My friends that i play with, who are on Xbox, are getting their rewards but on PS5 I am not getting mine again.

I'm already over 50,000 coins out of pocket and numerous other rewards like the consumables you also win.

This has been reported on numerous occasions on here, in the discord server, on twitter and even with someone who is involved & talking to the development team, yet there has been absolutely no response what so ever from EA on this matter

What is going on with this lack of communication, are you too embarrassed, is that it ? I want a full refund on the game and the consumables I have bought to build my Archetypes, I'm absolutely sick to death with the lack of care and due diligence from you.

I've spent over £400 buying this game and on consumables and I can't even enjoy a simple live events with friends any more because you don't care about your consumers or how frustrating it is to constantly not get answers from you.
