Clubs Substitute feature kicks all players with high ping

Every time a new player joins a game from the new substitute feature in a Clubs game, it kicks out all the players at the moment of substitution that have high ping.
It keeps wasting the 6x multipliers i grind months for this is so frustrating that you get kicked out and lose the game and lose all your XP why are you adding trash features that you cant even beta test first to see if it works???? Wastes hours of hard work I am over this trash i need a refund of all my 120k coins AND my 60 dollars for the game.
