Contracts are still totally broken and their fix did nothing.
Happened to me as well! Key player, who was tired, paused one game. Then he requested transfer! Without any warning! His morale was green/happy! But then, he said, thah he is willing to renegotiate contract. But when I try to do it, it says that I cannot, because he requested transfer! COME ON EA. This is riddiculous. Brutal truth: EA Career Mode does not distinguish: tactical rest, rotation, fatigue management. Key player = robotic expectation of minutes, even if he needs to rest before important game! WTF
