Connection issue and controller issue

recently when i play the games, before any goal i make, the connection is fine, but everytime i score a goal, and it start to kickoff again, the game is done. i cant do things, its laggy af, its already been my 5 games since this problems occured. 
and sometimes the controller wont connect, and it force me to use keyboard. cmon man, its already fc26 why did this things always happen every yera
