Connection to season pass not working/cant log into clubs

When I try to access the season pass it wont load. Cant sign into clubs either. Its been days since it worked on my xbox series s. It works fine on the xbox one version and if i switch accounts it works. EA account email suzie.blacksheepflea.com. I no longer have access to thiss email.
