Constant game crashing (ps5)

Whenever I play ultimate team I have having numerous issues regarding the loading function crashing the game. This happens around 5/6 times an hour and forces me to restart / dashboard each time.

There is no pattern to the crash, it happens in rivals, rush, completing SBC, loading personnel into my squad. If I wait the “crash” out it does not fix, I have to dashboard each time.

super frustrating, any fixes or anyone else have this issue??
