Not able to redeem or discard this weird item after update, I packed it from Jambo gold pack. Not able to open packs because of this unassigned item. Can anyone please help me with this.
I have the same issue. Spoke to someone on the EA support team and they said that they have reported it to the gam team. I hope they fix it soon because I can’t open any packs for now.
Outrageous they’ve still not sorted it I’ve got so many packs I need to open for tots and missed out because of yesterdays bug that’s STILL not been fixed
