Controller Clicking sound while in game

Is anyone else getting a constant clicking sound in the menus and whilst in game? The clicking sound is the sound that you get when scrolling through the menus and I’m getting in while I’m in the middle of a game and it feels like it’s delaying my game,

I think this is a bug and i have heard it multiple times in my games, especially when we turn off commentators sound, we can hear it clearly, This needs to be fixed, Please 🙏🙏
