Controller doesn't recognize after being disconnected on PC

I have this problem with my PC controller. It keeps disconnecting and re-connecting. Since the last patch when it's trying to reconnect the controller gets recognized as second controller. This leads...

Hey Baerenjude_AK47​ You can try removing the controller from Device Manager, restarting your PC, and then plugging it back in — that often helps fix the connection.
