Controller falls out (PC-Ultimate team)

Since the new update my controller falls out when for example I want to check a price of a player or if I want to put someone in my team. It is very strange because when this happens the controller itself doesn't fall out. I then click on windows to go out the game and back in the game and then some buttons work but some doesn't like the left joysticks and al the other buttons but on the other hand the right joystick does work. And then after a few minutes the game says that I lost connection to the servers wich is strange because my cable is still plugged in and I can still do things on google for example. When I then close the game and come back in the game to see that there is noting wrong with my connection and also nothing wrong with the servers. Almost after every update a bug or a problem appears.
