Controller Not Supported in Rivals Mode on PC – Widespread Bug

Hello,
I'm writing to you because I'm experiencing a serious and blocking issue on EA SPORTS FC 26 (PC) in the Ultimate Team – Division Rivals mode. For about a week now, the game hasn't recognized my controller: it only uses the keyboard, even when it's unplugged. This bug makes Rivals mode simply unplayable.
I'm not alone in this—many players are reporting the exact same behavior: the controller works in menus and some offline modes, but not at all online in Rivals.
Here's what I've already tried without success: restarting the game, repairing files, and different configurations.
So, my question is:
Has this issue already been reported to your technical teams?
Can you confirm an imminent fix or suggest a workaround?
