Corner kick, Team management issue

I ran into a bug where my corner kick settings for players (Target Player, Near Post, Back Post) don’t actually save.
They kind of save in the menu, but once I get into the match, it’s all messed up. This doesn’t happen with any of the other settings.
During the match, the bug simulator just swaps those three players around.
The player I assign to Back Post ends up at Target Player during the match, and the TP takes the BP spot instead.
Copying the squad or creating a new one from scratch doesn’t fix it.

There’s also a bug where the team management tab won’t open during a match.
Doesn’t matter when — 4th minute, 45th minute, whenever.
