CRASH FREEZE LAG AND DELAY PC

When i play any mode in ut, i can feel there is delay and also most of the time it lags,its like the screen stopped for a second and then keeps going. Then sometimes , during the second half or so (it can be at any minute really) my game crashes , and after waiting with my freezed screen, it takes me back to the fc26 menu. Sometimes even it crashes out of my whole PC and i have to force restart. PLS EA FIX YOUR GAME
