Critical bug: Caicedo duplicated and plays for two teams in Career Mode

Platform: PlayStation 5 Pro
Mode: Before starting Career Mode (Squad / Transfers)

When I transfer Moises Caicedo to my team BEFORE starting Career Mode,
the game creates two active versions of the same player.

One Caicedo remains at Chelsea and another appears in my team.
After starting Career Mode, both versions are selectable,
and when the two teams play against each other, Caicedo appears
in both starting lineups and plays for both teams in the same match.

This is NOT a UI issue.
This happens before Career Mode starts and affects the core player database.
Restarting the game, clearing cache, and reinstalling did not fix the issue.

This is a critical database duplication bug.
