Customizing character appearance in Clubs glitch

When I try to modify my club characters face, it cycles through the tabs nonstop as if I am holding E or W. I cannot customize my character as a result. I have tried with controller and keyboard to no avail. Clicking super fast doesn't even work. Please help!
