Disconnect after champs wins

So just won a game of champs and at the end of the game I got the message "EA servers cannot process your request"

I then logged back in to ultimate team and I got a disconnection warning and a loss. 

I've seen a few posts on Reddit with people experiencing the same thing (only when they win)

Has anyone else experienced this? And can we expect compensation from EA from missed prizes (I won't hold my breath)

    Hi there. Was it just this one time you disconnected after a match or has it been happening after every match? If you have played a high amount of matches over a short amount of time, you can hit the security limits. If that happened, you'll need to wait about 24 hours. After that, matches should complete normally.

    Hi, thanks for getting back so quickly. It is the first time it's happened, and I'd only played a handful of games today.

    It happened after the game had finished, just as I was going to return to the menu. I have a video of it saved if you need it. 

    As I said, some others have had the same issue which seems fairly new tonight, so may be something to watch out for

     

  • This just happened to me. I played a Guy and scored the first goal very quickly so he ragequit. He paused the game and quit. So I got a text in front of me and i instantly presser X but it loaded too long so I closed the game and reopened. Then I see that I got disconnect warning and lost the game? Thats so unfair especially when I have had a good run with a bad team fix thiiiiss and give me my win

    Seems this like this is getting more common now. Is this a no-loss glitch or just poor servers on EA's end? Can we have a response please?

    Hello. We're not aware of this being an issue with Champs matches. Try power cycling your equipment with these steps:

    1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
    2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
    3. Plug in your modem/router and start up your console. Try playing again

    Happened to me as well on PC, got a EA servers are busy message after the match completed, got logged out of Ultimate Team and got a an unnecessary loss and disconnection warning. You guys need to fix these bugs, the connection was completely stable throughout the entire match.
