Disconnecting Issues After FUT Champs Wins Request for Compensation

Hi EA Support,

I was recently playing some FUT Champions matches in EA FC 26 and was actually winning those games. However, as soon as the final whistle blew, I suddenly lost connection to the EA servers. This has now happened to me in two separate matches, both of which I had clearly won scores were 4–1 and 4–3.

My internet connection at home is stable and strong, so I’m confident that the issue isn’t on my end. After the disconnect, the game automatically closed itself. When I restarted it, I received a message stating that I had left the match, which isn’t true.

I believe this is an issue on your side that caused the crash, and I’d really appreciate it if I could be compensated for these games, as it affected my progress unfairly.
