Dynamic Cosmetic forcing click sounds and lags

As soon I've one player with and fire ice or whatever dynamic animated cosmetic in my active squad, I'm permanent hearing a clicking sound. 

It also cause lags in online modes,, where players not perform to their attribute. 

This is a full price game and I paid for evos. How about a refund for this problem? At least 1 mln coin I've lost to this bug, bevause the player is basically unusable.

The problem was allready reported month ago from. Other users. Why is it still not fixed?
